What makes you different?
I’d say the mental part of the game has always been the unique thing about me. I have always been a born leader and I have captained most of the teams that I have played for because people know that I am giving them good advice but also because I am fighting for the team. Resilience is the word that I love the most in football and it is the word that sticks with me the most. I love winning and I will do anything to achieve both my goals but also the school/club that I will be representing. I put myself out there, I take the risks that no one else wants to take, I will take the deciding penalty that everyone is scared of because I believe in my ability and my composure. Lastly, I love playing in big, important games because it brings the best out of everyone. Everyone is hungry and I believe that playing important matches make or break a team and that is why I am always there to score or assist the important goals because I give more than 150% every single time. Professionalism is also key in order to accomplish the most important things, training hard and improving is key for a team to succeed. My work ethic has always been praised because I will put every single hour of my day in order to improve my game as best as possible. I want to make it happen and the only way to do that is through hard work.
I am an individual that loves to compete and win matches, I have always been the person that has shown the most will and desire to win in all of my teams which has made my coaches realise that I offer something that is rare to find in individuals.
Why do you want to compete in college?
I love playing football and surrounding myself with talented individuals. I crave to improve and I believe that the only way to do so is to surround yourself with the best players. For me, I love to win and I’d love to achieve great things in my college football experience because the main thing about playing football is performing and that is why I want to win things. Also, I want to just play football at a high level, I know that the States have very impressive footballers and I want to push myself in order to become something. Using the college system I will be able to express my talents and perform at a much higher level.
College Goals?
Obviously, I am looking for a team that can fight for the national title, which is because I am hungry to achieve big things with the school that I am representing. Also, I am looking to balance my academics and sports. Graduating is very important to me because it is about setting up a good future for myself. This is why the States is very unique because you are able to balance both and still play football at a very good level. I love the concept of playing football daily but also focusing on my education because both will be very important. It is about maximising the time you have on the field because football is the sport and activity that I love the most.
Anything else we should know?
I am a born leader meaning that I will give my all for the team to succeed.
