What makes you different?
I always put the team above my own interests and I am a generous player. I am versatile, both on attack and defence. I do well in high-pressure situations and I’m very committed to my goals and to my team. I have a good work ethic, never give up and have always gotten on well with my teammates.
Why do you want to compete in college?
I feel as though the college sporting experience is the best place for me to continue in a similar, if not better, environment to the school sports programs in South Africa. I also feel that college sport is the best place for me to improve my abilities under experienced college coaches, while competing against challenging opposition. College water polo will also allow me to further my passion for the sport.
College Goals?
I would like to eventually make it into the starting 7 of my college team and return to my home country to potentially trial for the South African senior national team.
